Catherine, I attended one of your workshops back in March. In the sessions, we’ll first discuss what you want to achieve and what’s really holding you back from experiencing life more fully. That can also be performance oriented for sports people, relaxing modalities for others, or even health oriented improvements.
We’ll then use the power of breathing (amongst other techniques) to release your fears, emotions and habits, and transform them into the positive energy you need to move forward.

In order to make online life coaching & breathing sessions accessible to people all over the world, the price can be discussed & adapted according to the country.

In order to reach the best results, a minimum of 5 breathing sessions should be planned and taken at least once every two weeks at the beginning.

Booked sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before. After that they will be charged.
