I see it every day with my clients: how you breathe impacts how you live. When you breathe to your full potential, you’re able to start living to your full potential.
I blend personal coaching with the technique of Transformational Breath®. The combination of bodywork and coaching creates a connection between the mind, body and soul– creating an awareness of what you want to change and how to change it.
Connection, action and transformation– all with the power of your breath.
The work I do with clients isn’t just about relaxation– it’s about transformation.
The breathing technique I use is called Transformational Breath®, a gentle yet effective technique to engage the full potential of your breath. Changing the way you breathe transforms you at the cellular level, driving oxygen to your brain and your body, opening up new connections and creating new energy.
By getting out of your head and into your body, you interrupt negative thinking patterns. You drop the struggle and the habits that hold you back and become more in tune with your true self. You finally start feeling at home in your body, and confident about who you are and what you want. And with that confidence and clarity, you start to make a change.
How you think determines how you act—and how you act determines how you live. If you want to make a change in your life, you first have to change the way you think.
That’s why every breathing session starts with talking about your goals: what do you really want in life? We’ll dig into how you want to feel and what positive changes you want to make. We’ll discuss your challenges and what holds you back from what you really want.
The focus is always what you want in life— rather than what you don’t want. You’ll channel the new energy from your breath into what you want to attract— not what you want to escape. This creates a pattern interrupt that gets you out of your negative thoughts and habits, and gets you into a place of openness and readiness to change your situation.
Breath coaching sessions create a safe space for you to open up about what you want in life and start working towards it. But that doesn’t mean it’s easy.
I firmly believe that if you want to change something in your life, you have to change something in your life. You are the creator of your life, not the victim, and it’s up to you to make a change.
To get the full benefits of breathing, you must be willing to take responsibility for your transformation— both in the sessions and after you leave. Breathwork is a tool to help you achieve your goals, but it won’t do the work for you.
